• Do you work for, manage or own a logistics or construction company?
   
• Are you 19+ and working (or unemployed) in any of the following sectors?  For example: are you an
  
  4 electrician, plumber, builder, painter/decorator, roofer, carpet layer, gardener or plasterer, or
  
  4are you involved in removals, haulage, freight transportation, house clearance, import/export?
   
• Are there skills gaps in the organisation or your own development that may be hindering efficiency or growth or even re-employment or promotion? 
   
• Do you get by on what you've learned from colleagues or friends, but never had the luxury of a dedicated training course?

Now East-links: logistics and East-links: construction in conjunction and working with partnership lead provider Colchester Institute can change all that.  Funded by the European Social Fund, and match-funded by the Regional Learning and Skills Council, the project is managed by ACER (Association of Colleges in the Eastern Region).

It aims to support training needs and offer either taster or fully funded training opportunities to paid employees or volunteers within these sectors, and qualify the workforce to meet sector needs.
