This service is designed to help you to make an informed decision if you want to find out how to improve your job prospects or skills, get a qualification or just make the most of your job.
What we offer

A confidential, impartial and objective information and advice service, covering learning opportunities and the skills and qualifications needed for employment or career progression |

Written information on all courses and opportunities |

A signposting and referral service to other providers and sources of information (if we are unable to offer the information or advice you require ourselves). |

Access to the careers library (with staff support, Main Campus only) |
|
|
Use of Internet and IT facilities, where appropriate, including specialist packages (such as “Adult Directions” for careers advice) |

CV support |

The College is part of the Nextstep partnership of information and advice providers and a member of the Braintree Colchester and Tendring Consortium of Work Based Learning providers.

If you wish to comment on or compliment the service, or to make a complaint, forms are available at the reception desks.
There is a clear complaints policy which specifies how complaints are handled and where unresolved complaints may be directed.
