Introduction to Microsoft Project 2003

For

Delegates with little or no knowledge of Microsoft Project but who need to use it in the workplace for managing projects and creating planning charts and reports.

Aims & Objectives

To introduce delegates to the basic functions and features of Microsoft Project in developing project plans, performing time analysis and creating graphical report outputs.  On completion of the course all participants should be equipped with a solid working knowledge of the core principles and software.

Pre-requisites

A basic understanding of project management principles would be helpful, as well as some prior experience of using mouse driven Windows applications such as Microsoft Excel.
